You can ship it through UPS or LTL directly from your warehouse to our warehouse. Another option would be to create a removal order directly from Amazon's warehouse; using our warehouse as the ship to address. Or we can be the "ship to address" where your customers send returns to.

Absolutely. We are able to diagnose if the product works and what condition the item should be sold as. In these cases, our charge would be on a per item basis.
You can outsource your complete returns department to us where the customers can send the returns directly to our warehouse and we will process it accordingly.
We can RTV them for you or we try to reuse them in other products that might be missing pieces
